What to do if a Parkinson’s/ Lewy Body patient doesn’t have a bowel movement for 5 days after I add extra laxatives to 6 senna a day?

According to your profile, it says you work for hospice. The hospice nurse practitioner or Dr should be able to assist you with that. There are suppositories you can use, enemas, or hospice can prescribe lactulose, which works quite well. And if all else fails, hospice can prescribe(if this patients constipation is due to taking opiods,) Relistor, which is an injection that the hospice nurse will have to give them, but works in about 15 minutes.
