What steps do we need to take to let someone know that this person should not drive anymore?

and falls alot and is forgetfull and should not be alone anymore aand is being very defecult about these things. And we her son and I agreed we needed to stay here to take care of her but she is really giving us a hard time wanfing us to move out. We truely dont know what to do about this problem .p.s help we need answers.

If she wants you to leave call the area on aging so they can come in and do an assessment to see what level of care she needs. She has a right to make her own decisions regardless of your feelings unless she is declared incompetent. You could be trespassing? How old is your MIL? Does she see a doctor?
