Can the CCOA help get hearing aids for elderly without funds?

There is an elderly woman in our congregation that needs hearing aids. She says that she cannot afford to buy them. What options does the CCOA have to offer her in getting these devices? I don't know if she is on Medicare. Is there someone we can contact to help us get her some hearing aids?
