Where to find transportation to the facility?

Spouse recently dx'd w/dementia, not allowed to drive. Looking for possible 1 or 2 days/week to come for hobbies, bridge game, etc. He is deaf, with several medical conditions: CHF, gout, spinal stenosis, controlled HBP, etc. (Tw Twrs)-- how early? (live at H.North but leave for work b4 7AM. Need to know cost for this service?

Check for medical transport services in your area, or better yet, check with the facility for names of these service providers that are already transporting these seniors to that facility. There may also be some volunteers thru churches that provide plain old car rides, but sounds like your spouse might need a little more help.
