Grandma uses a walker since she fell. She goes to a center for 5 hours a day. When she gets home she wants to nap, is it ok?

I am sure that this is okay. As long as she is eating and drinking enough, napping is normal.

i agree with pamela . begin away from home for 5 hrs drains you out . elders likes to take a lotta naps .
i think im gonna take one here soon :-)
my dad slept 12 hrs and just woke up few hrs ago , ready for a big breakfast and i bet you he s gonna go back to sleep here soon .
gotta make the elders happy and let them do what they want or otherwise youre gonna be dealin with one angry person .
5 hrs at center whew my goodness , im worn out already !

Of course it's OK. She's elderly and if she's going to a center for 5 hours a day she's getting exercise and when she get's home she's tired. Plus it takes a lot to use those walkers too.

You should take advantage and nap with her. :)
