This agency is unreliable and untrustworthy. In a period of two months, they did not show or cancelled services numerous times on short notice, leaving me stranded each time. The management has no respect or compassion for the agency's clients. Some of the caregivers were ok, but others avoided work (even sleeping in the bed in our guest bedroom during work hours) and recorded their time fraudulently with management's approval. Don't believe this agency's promises and representations and look elsewhere for better assistance if you can.
