Good info, and once again brings to light the other side of long term care, assets. For those who saved little, its of course no problem. For those that managed to save smaller sums of a more than a couple thousand up to several thousands, your efforts are in vain unless you begin transferring assets before the look back period. Possibly an article here on how, when and how much can be transferred to others or sheltered trusts so that your efforts to actually work and save are not a waste of time.
