I think most caregivers feel forgotten and unappreciated . Thanks or even any note of appreciation is lacking, no paycheck , we spend what little we have on things for our wards like bird food and feeders or other things to bring a little happiness in there lives.any show of thanks even just a card of thanks would be so incredible to get. But most times siblings seem to think there doing you the favor. As the holidays get closer we all hope for some litte form of recognition that we are appreciated the popular answer by non caregiver is that caring should be it's own reward, they took care of you when you were little it's your duty to take care of them not any of the other nine kids. I think like last year no thanks will come this season. But I am thankful for the article at least we know someone believes we deserve thanks .thank you.
