I have worn hats for years so that the top of my head will not get sunburnt.

I've taken to wearing a hat all the time outdoors. I have 3 now. My grandchildren think it's fun and they like to try on the hats or steal them off my head. My dog gets excited when I put on my hat because he knows we are going outside.

(Sigh) - Another well-meaning article like the one about organizing a caregiver to think like a small business, but really! pretty obvious and useless..
