my mom is bent over pretty bad from osteoporosis, besides the obvious problems....it has affected things like having her hair washed at the salon, she can't get her head back into the sink since her shoulders are hunched so neck and head are so forward she can't get her head back into the sink

I had my Vit D checked and found my levels were beyond low. funny you have to ASK for certain tests. I use sunscreen. Now I take a vitamin supplement for D.
