Mom in Long Term Care: Medicare w/ FL Medicaid. Does she need a supplement?

So now my 93 yo mom is in a LTC facility, with both Medicare and FL Medicaid.
SSI $1500/month, and most goes to LTC to add to Medicaid ....
**She has a Medicare Supplemental Policy: United American "Plan F"
that she has paid $300/mo for many years now,
Does she need a Medicare Supplement with Medicare and Fla. Medicaid ?

No, it's duplication with Medicaid

Right, no. Medicaid pays for what Medicare doesn't cover.
