Dad is living w me he originallty went into hospital w malnourishment. would that help me getting guardianship?
she lives 10 miles away and says it too far to come see him more than once or twice a week.
also she is a severe alcoholic would never be able to take care of him.
it is crazy she can buy cigerrettes beer lottery tickets but no groceries for him
she has cable tv house cleaners ect
I only want him to have clothes that fit and what he needs or wants to eat
he has alzheimers or dementia and she doesn't even realize he will not get better
Start at the local Area Agency on Aging. They can give you good advice and referrals, and maybe even get free consultation with an attorney.
