How do I get the smell of urine out of my mother's clothes?

I have washed them in bleach, soaked them in "Nature's Miracle", which is a product used to to take pet urine stains from carpets. I can't seem to get rid of the smell.

I use a mixture of borax and laundry soda combined with soap flakes... (You can buy both at Walmart).
Every load is washed in this. It works.

Vinegar and Laundry Detergent. To treat urine-soaked clothes, first run them through the washing machine, using cold water, with 1 cup of white vinegar and no detergent.
