Cheddar Chicken Broccoli with Pasta... saute 2.5 lbs of cubed chicken breast in 1/4 cup butter over a medium heat until cooked through (10-15 mins). Add 3 cups of water, 1 cup of milk, 2 pkgs Knorr chicken and broccoli pasta side, and a package of broccoli florets (fresh or frozen). Simmer for 10-15 mins until pasta is soft. Turn off heat and stir in 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and black pepper as desired. Serve alone or topped with fresh diced tomatoes along side an ice cold glass of lemonade.

Homemade pizza, used the pizza sauce I made, it was super. And salad.
I had pineapple and cheese, DH had pepperoni, Mom had onion bell pepper and olives, AB had a combination.

And homemade strawberry shortcake. Super Yummy

Oh I want more of all of it. But definitely not a day of light eating. But I worked it off.

As a matter of fact I am just hungry, gonna go make me some toast and have a glass of milk.
Thankful DH finished off the strawberry shortcake, so I wont be tempted with that.

Crabs are a lot of work, I must admit, but our blue crabs are wonderful. Hubs picks them out while watching TV,, sort of mindless but you get into it! We make our crab cakes with no filler. If you ever get the chance to get them, go for the splurge! even my 88 YO mom likes to pick them and enjoy them!

My mouth is watering pam. It must be lovely to get crab at such a nice price. Buy the time it gets to AZ it is $25 a pound and that is at the grocery store. All of your wonderful dishes are a tease.😀

I don't think I've ever made a meal of crab. I've had that fake crab you get at the grocery store (meh), I might have had crab cakes at a buffet somewhere, but I've never forked over the money to order it in a restaurant.
