There might be an attorney reading this my parents always had my brother as the trustee for our estate however, when they found out that he had” screwing them for decades “they want him gone as soon as possible! They were lied to, and were told that Attorney -was a “neutral who has nothing to do with my brother etc. well, it turns out that that was a lie and he is friendly and was referred by the corrupt attorney. My father fired that being said they know and they will not give me money to take care of my mom and now he has resigned with no notice this is after proof of the financial elder abuse, my father passed away about 6 1/2 years ago, and she left my mother with 14 mortgage free acres in Duxbury Ma
And plenty of money well, well, two years ago, Attorney  sold all the 1.8 acres of the 14 “cash sale “ he is claiming there is no money however, I have an audio recording that he’s paid $1000 an hour for my brothers lawyers for many years as well as a private detective that is breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of funds, etc. etc. He and my brother I think, investigated by the authorities, the Attorney General, etc. Well, he resigned with no notice, and was replaced by a woman as firm. So now we have a declaratory judgment, and we are being evicted from the home, we have only until September this coming September in our home. My mom has been 65 years. She has anxiety and I just heartbroken when my dad passed away his final words to me were “stop myself from Screwing me”
Well, I’m not a lawyer I major in psychology, but this judgment is all based on documents at 40 page settlement agreement that my adopted brothers lawyer, brought to me in my hospital bed in intensive care on morphine and show me if I did not sign it that day if they would take guardianship of my my beautiful mother now that was July 23, 2018 but they know I do not have the money to get an attorney so I have another Sue getting this but the whole entire settlement is based on a document signed on July 23, 2018. Come to find out looking through my o old emails from an attorney, I trusted you show me the companies were nonprofit which I knew was a lie, and I did not even read this agreement, and I asked if I could write iamb sign under duress, she reply no well come to find out this trustee in the same exact day July 23 sent one of his colleagues to my mothers home, knowing that my mom was at a very emotional vulnerable state because I was not home. I was in the hospital and I have been gone probably seven at that point and I was told I would not walk again so they knew my mother was very upset. Well, one of his colleagues shows up and my mother signed a quick claim deed “ completely under duress signing over her beautiful home of 65 years to him for $10 and I just got something from my trustee-and it basically says the new Trustee is named Melissa -and it says I’m Melissa  as trustee of all of his trash. The most everything do you hear I swear that the following is true to the best of my knowledge the documents attached for declaratory judgment filed on March 14 are true and accurate copies. The settlement agreement between the parties dated July 23, 2018, but that was the day I was in the hospital on morphine and I can prove that and then the bottom and large capital letters it says, signed under the penalties of perjury on May 11, 2023. Melissa  trustee of my mothers trust -Attorney  never even informed just like my mother that he has resigned. Perhaps it’s because he knows he’s under investigation by the authorities Attorney General, and so forth. I am just reaching out for advice because I don’t even know what the sudden agreement said that I never read it. I was on morphine crying and they said if I do not sign that day, they will take guardianship of my mom, but this declaratory judgment keeps on going back to that day, July 23 so any advice or anything would be so appreciated and hopefully there’s a lawyer reading

I can't read a post with no paragraph breaks, but if you have an issue with an attorney, contact your state bar association to file a complaint.

This is not a legal advice site, so you need to contact actual lawyers of your own.

I'm not a Mongol trying to invade China, so I won't try to climb over the Great Wall of Text, but don't call an attorney out on a public forum. You're just asking for a libel suit. I'd highly recommend removing his name.

Use paragraphs, please.

Huh? Going off on the attorney here is a waste of time and effort. Call your state’s board of attorneys if you have a complaint.

I suggest that the admins remove this attorney's name and will report my post. I am worried about your being sued by this attorney for defamation and libel, Gigi.
