Find Care & Housing
Why don't you do an experiment yourself. Purchase various products and fill exact cups of water.
I for one do not want to measure someone's urine after each trip to the toilet. After all no one pees the same amount each time. I think your question is way too general.

Technically they are both actually "diapers," though Depends sounds much better than diaper doesn't it? And honestly one should never refer to any kind of diaper as a "diaper" as it can humiliate the ones needing them. Always best to just call them underwear.
Now that being said, I think regardless of what kind of adult "underwear" you use it's important to make sure you're using the correct size as that will make a huge difference as to how well they do and how much they will hold.
I used the men's Depends for my husband(and liked them better as they fit more snug than the tab type)and for a while had to add a Kotex type pad in it to help absorb more pee, until he got his permanent catheter.
Perhaps you're best to try by trial and error.

Overnight briefs hold the most... we started using TENA Intimates Overnight and my LO wakes up with no leaking every morning no matter how much she drinks. I heard Tranquility makes a good overnight brief as well.
