Go to alz.org/altn/in_my_community_support.asp find listings of support groups in your area. Also, many senior living facilities have their own, and you don't need to have a parent there to participate. Also, if there are day programs in your area, they may also have groups.

Jess, another suggestion is to contact your local Agency on Aging to see if they have a list of caregiver services or support gorups... go the website link I have posted below.... find your State.... now find your city/county.

I've tried the GNRC area agency on aging and didn't get too far. I did find some other promising links and I'll check with alz.org. Thanks for the tips and the quick responses.

I live in Spring Hill. There is one here that's once a month. I believe there is one in Nashville. What services are you looking for?
