with Dementia. We are moving out of state if the house goes through. Will the paperwork from our state now be legal say in FL ? Or will we have to do this all over again? Any advice ? Thanks

Florida has really cracked down on POA's, so plan on seeing an attorney there and talk it over. Florida no longer allows springing POA's and limits the POA's authority. This could become a problem if you are closing on real estate.

You will need new POA documents in your new home state. There is no such thing as a universal POA at this time.

The healthcare directive/living will is valid anywhere.
