Why is my mom so mean to us?

How old is your mother, why is she living at your home, who is "us", how long has she been with you, in what way is she being mean to people..?

Can you give an example of how your mom treats you?

Does she have dementia?

Like Countrymouse said, it's difficult to provide any answers or insight or experience with so little information. For example, if she doesn't have dementia and she is mean to you is a completely different problem than if she does have dementia and is mean to you. Totally different scenarios.
