Why does Medicare not carry coverage for antibiotic picc lines? For diabetic amputation. I feel ripped off.

I mean they pay for Viagra! Very shocked that home infusion is even in question. What gives? I’m 59 on disability. The state I live in will not allow me to purchase supplemental insurance until I am 65.

have you thought about applying for Medicaid?

Little confused. Why are u on Medicare if not 65? Are u on SS disability, if so, you should be getting Medicaid which usually comes with SSD. My nephew gets both Medicare and Medicaid. He pays nothing.

Just read that Alabama covers disabled people under Medicaid.
