It sounds like it is time to have mom moved to a safer location, maybe an assisted living facility?

These situations for some of us sounds Crazy. Put cameras in the house, out them everywhere , instal via a professional company & monitor this 24/7 sure this show what really is going on for authorities to assist promptly if there is any validity or move in & investigate the matter . If there is real threat lock the main house up & run & get your mum out of there regardless . Also ask neighbours to ring police cause the authorities will be proactive if there is danger! Good luck , keep safe. No house is worth a life!!

Thank you all . My Mom won today in court thank god.. We also got a protection order as well. They have 48 hours to get out. We're hoping they leave without a sheriff having to come and get them out.

I think it's time to bring your mother AND her dogs to stay with you, for safety reasons. Or else put the dogs in temporary kennel care so they're protected as well, then take your mother out of this situation ASAP.

Make sure you are at that hearing. To speed up the eviction, highlight their meth use and emphasize Mom isn't safe anymore. See what you can do to get an order of protection for Mom if they do happen to get extra time. Don't leave her alone with those fiends. They could rob her (I'm sure they've done it already), hurt her physically, and even set the place on fire when their time is up. Do you have friends that can come by to check up on her?

She probably rightly fears for her dogs. Can you move in for awhile? At least go over often to keep them guessing.

Thank you pamstegma yes he and his wife are both on meth I fear for my mother everyday she is my world and I would be lost without her. The final eviction hearing is on Wednesday but we are hearing he may get extra time to be out. I just fear he is trying to set her up . It's sad when my mothers neighbors call me in fear of her safety. I try to have her stay at my house but she has dogs she will not leave alone for even a few hours.

Let the eviction proceed. Sounds like he has severe issues, with outbursts like that I will guess either meth or crack.

Dr. Phil had several shows about adult children returning back to their parent's home, living in the garage [they did have access to the house for plumbing and heating]. All I remember is Dr. Phil telling the grown son to get off the sofa and find work and for the parents to evict him and his girlfriend.
