Are you sure you just don't need clinical depression meds? Do you live alone?

You can google it. I just did and several show up. I would try to get a medication adjustment first. Try every possible means to help your self. Walk 2-3 miles a day. Stop thinking negetive thoughts ( practice cognitive behavior therapy). Watch every video on you tube or Netflix about good nutrition. Cut out sugar. Artificial sweetners and anything else not strengthening your body. Try everything before going in a home. You're not that old and they cost tons of money. And most important get rid of bitterness ,anger and resentment with God and others if you have it. All these things will help I promise - been there.

Go on some tours, when you find a place you like, ask about a one-month trial period, no strings attached.
