Contact socical services at your county's Dept of Health and Human Services. Ask for an in-home needs assessment. You/your mom may qualify for county help with light housekeeping, meal prep, etc. Every little bit will help you!

Contact your local Senior Center they may have some information.
Area agencies on Aging may offer some help/information as well.
Is your mother a Veteran? If so the VA might be of help.
Depending on both your incomes you both may qualify for assistance with food, utilities. Your local senior center may help with that as well. If you have a local food bank (food pantry) they may also have some resources. (I know there are a lot of people now having to use food banks now and many feel embarrassed so think of it as a Bank, you borrow money from a bank, you "borrow" food when you are able, pay back the "loan" with interest Win-Win for you and the food bank)
Also if you have credit card debt, car loans, mortgage many are offering extensions if you inform them that you have been impacted by COVID-19 and as a teacher I am sure you were furloughed so you may qualify for some grace period.
