Find Care & Housing
leungo, I read your profile about starting up an nursing home. That is great !! Look at the products that you need and contact the manufacturers to see if you can get a good price for purchasing in bulk.

You should source items in the nation where the NH will be developed as much as possible since the cost shipping anything from outside, may be prohibitive and you'll be dealing with customs.

This will be a big undertaking. I worked as a secretary for a Visiting Nurse Assoc. We had a durable equipment loan shed that people donated equipment to. We had an organization ask if they could take the overage to ship to Africa. We agreed. Months went by, nothing from the organization when they could pick up. Finally got a call, they were being stopped from shipping equipment into Africa. Not sure if they were able to fix the problem. This was over 10 yrs ago. Maybe you can find an organization that does this. Maybe a Church?

As a nurse, you should be able to train aides yourself.

sourcing locally or in conjunction with a church might be the way to go. With COVID I think all shipping is difficult and supplies may be limited as companies are manufacturing other equipment at this time.
