Janet, are you asking about where does the super wealthy go for rehab and nursing care? The rehab and nursing care comes to them, at their own home. They have around the clock workers: caregivers, cook, housekeeping, etc.

Janet, I think it would help if you clarified your question. There are lists of Nursing/rehab centers by locale. Are you looking for facilities others have had success with? The posters here are from around the US/Canada?UK/Australia, etc.

Easy to figure out. Ask a SNF if they are 100% private-pay. If the answer is yes, this is where people go if they can afford it.
