My uncle has Alzheimer's & my aunt have no other finance but the veterans retirement. He is 78 & my aunt is trying to care for him buy herself. She is 77. The live on a fixed income. They need lots of help. A walk-in tub. A mobile unit that lift to the downstairs area. Help with uncle Herman. He needs to walk & go to the park when its warm outside. He served in the military for 4 years and it seems as if he can't get any help. What are our rights to a dignified support system without leaving aunt Betty out on the streets?

Find Care & Housing
Call the VA. There is all sorts of assistance for veterans and spouses if they served during wartime. Not familiar with any of the benefits myself. Perhaps someone else will chime in. A question to ask yourself though "how much longer can they remain at home". Start planning for that now.
