Find Care & Housing
If you like the clothes, don't leave them wet. Run a reduced load on the washing machine, if you have that option. At the very least rinse them through with some laundry disinfectant - you should be able to find it in the supermarket in the detergent aisle - and hang them up.

But if you leave wet clothes bundled up in the hamper or tied up in a plastic bag, you will *never* get the smell out of them and it is uniquely sour and horrible.

I agree with CM. I rinse them out in the bathtub with a good soaking and hang them up to dry. Then, when dry, I put them into the laundry hamper. If the clothes have been stained, I use stain remover, then soak them in the tub.

I would rinse them out then rinse again in vinegar water. Spin the clothes in washer then hang on drying rack till dry.

I assume you mean wet with Urine? If yes, treat them like you would baby clothes. Rinse them out and place in a covered pail with water and Borax in it. Adult clothes are much larger than a baby's, so you may need to use a plastic garbage pail. When it is washing day, dump the whole pail into the washer, spin out the liquids, then run it through the regular cycle.
