Find Care & Housing
Call either his doctor or the pharmacy and see if his meds come in alternate forms, like liquid, patches or suppositories. Do not break up or crush the pills, as this affects their efficacy, and can taste incredibly bitter and there's no way to hide that taste.

Definitely call Dr. or Pharmacy for alternative meds. But as to crushing pills, that was the only way we could get Luz to take hers. As I have said before, hers had to be crushed into dust since she would find the small chunks of the pill and spit it out when the nurse left. I mixed the dust with ice cream or pudding.
Worked great. And I can tell you that she would have stopped taking them that way if the food did not taste right.
