I'm not sure what your question is, but my husband had hemorrhoids for as long as I can remember. He also stayed constipated pretty much all the time, so sometimes yes his hemorrhoids would bleed. When he was able to still get out, I would take him to the Dr. and even for colonoscopy's, and always it was just his hemorrhoid's. He had hemorrhoid surgery twice, with the hemorrhoids returning both times.
It's always best to make sure there is not another reason that there is bleeding, and to make sure that not too much blood is being lost as well.
And other than that I tried to have my husband eat lots of fiber, and drink a lot of water(which he did), and used the over the counter hemorrhoid creams to keep them at bay. Best wishes.

I would recommend seeing the doctor. My cousin had bleeding hemorrhoids recently which was caused from severe constipation. She needed 2 units of blood while she was in the hospital. Please make an appointment and see your doctor.

Thank you for reminding me about that, as there was a time when my husband had to go to the hospital to get blood infusions because of his bleeding hemorrhoids. He went through so much in his life, that I had completely forgotten about that. That is a definite concern for sure.
