I agree with Carol, but it also depends on the 'skill' of the person that will have to use it. Neither option was viable for my mother, because with her Alzheimer's she could not 'remember' how to use either!

They both have good reputations, but check and see if they want contracts. You don't want to sign a long contract and then find out the person needs a nursing home or something.

Another idea is to ask in-home care agencies if they have clients using them.
