What is the limit on income for a senior couple on Social Security, in order to receive financial assistance?

Susan, if you mean Medicaid for health care, you would need to call your parent's State Medicaid office. Every State is different when it comes to rules, regulations, and programs.

Susan, it depends on the state, but if you are looking to supplement their medicare it depends on how much they draw on their social security and then any other income and assets. If they are in need of extra help start with https://www.medicare.gov/ and go from there. Then go to your state site for Center on Aging and talk to one of their counselors via phone.
