Minimum wage plus overtime for all hours on duty. If there is not a night-time relief person, they are considered on duty. For example: 6pm to 7am (13 hours) x $8/hr= $116 a day x 30days= $3480 a month. What you deduct for room (330) and board (150) might get you to $3000 a month.
