What help do you need?

family may invariable spaz out and chase their tails for a while, rivalries and such. its a time when you will be forced to evaluate the sense of fair play that each of your few friends possess. im talking about people who you have always been helpful to, not necessarily aquaintances. im not saying its wise but you might end up writing off one or two of them.this isnt advice, just a heads up..
also if divorces containing children requires a couple hour long training seminar( in our state it does and im in agreement with it ) , then perhaps it would be nice for the medical industry to produce one on the highlights of elder care. standing back criticizing and pressuring untrained family carers can hardly be considered helpful imo..

In this moment? I would like a pool of reliable, able people that I could call on at short notice, to stay with my husband if I have to go out for a couple of hours. If I am planning in advance, I can usually arrange the help I need. But if something comes up unexpectedly, or if I just suddenly and desperately need a breather, it's not easy to arrange.
