Talk to the doctor or even the pharmacist (they often know more about drug interactions than the doctor does)
If you think you need it you could ask the doctor if he could send you for a consult with a dietitian.

My cardiologist said he likes the Mediterranean diet. It’s a nice variety of food.

Collards, spinach and dark leafy veggies. They mess with blood thinners. That is the only one I know of. I'm sure there are others. take care

If you are taking a heart medication, you might want to cut out high fat foods like dairy and eggs. Husband's cardiologist is a whole food plant based vegan for his health and we think he has an inside scoop.
