I also have issues with barometric pressure [barometric pressure is the weight of the atmosphere that surrounds us], feeling very light headed, blurred vision. I can predict a storm miles away when the pressure drops.
Personally for me, low pressure is the cause of many migraines for me. Usually the change going from high to low is the worst. It gives me dizziness (almost like vertigo), visual interruptions, tunnel vision and starbursts, massive pain and fatigue.
I have a friend who gets knee problems when the pressure is low. The only reason she knows is that I said to her, 'hey, did you ever notice that your knee only hurts when I have migraines?' and that's how we made the connection.
I would bet pressure changes can cause lots of other pains too...joint pain specifically, but not for me.
