My mother is 81 and now she does more sleeping she forgets and dont want to take a bath she sleeps with her clothes on and she have a pail in her room to use to go to the bathroom and every morning there is urine in the floor and she says that she don't know it got there

Yup, it's dementia. Call the MD and get some help.
