We have Medicare part A & B + Tricare for Life. Is there something else we need for glasses, dental, exercise plan?

For vision and dental coverage you are probably eligible through your Tricare eligibility to sign up through Benefed.

You can check your eligibility and see the available plans at that link.
I don't know of any exercise plans through Tricare.
