When you say "we are on the run" do you mean that you left the facility against medical advice"? That is not going to sit well with the judge, my friend.

Guardianship is a step by step process. During the hearing a court officer will be the temporary Guardian Ad Litem. At this point, do everything you can to make the Judge happy. Nobody can move her right now. Be patient.

Is she still in the brain injury facility in Georgia? How did the hearing go? I seem to recall that it was supposed to be last week sometime?

What kind of facility? Why won't they let this person go?

Not enough information. The facility could be committing unlawful restraint or could be doing exactly the right thing.
