Trying to fund day care. Does anyone know about Aid and Attendance and how hard it is to get?

Dad was in the invasion of Normandy in WWII and then stomped through France, Germany fighting on the ground.
There is something called Aid and Attendance. Does anyone know anything about its qualifications and how hard it is to get?

You can get all the info and print out forms online. One site is www.veteranaid.org. Good luck, it is a process that does take time.
