My brother, a VietNam Veteran is caring for his very ill wife at home. Can he be compensated?

My sister-in-law had open heart surgery in September 2013, she need 24 hour care which my brother is giving her with no outside help. Will the Veterans Administratin compensate him monetarily for being her caregiver

VA should take care of both of them. Have him call the VA and his local VVA (Vietnam Veterans Association).
