The trustee has gotten rid of 80% of the personal property without telling the beneficiaries. Some of the items were given to the goodwill which belonged to me. The trustee refused all calls are messages from me.

OneCanWin, apparently a/k/a JusticeforTim, a/k/a Help4Uncle,

You've posted several questions which reflect your ongoing disagreement with the trustee, suspecting that the trust didn't reflect your uncle's wishes, being disallowed from seeing your uncle, as well as indicating that you perhaps were engaging in inappropriate financial custody of your uncle' assets when you posted that some of the accounts were in your name only, apparently since you were proxy under a DPOA. You also asked about "reasonable amounts" for a proxy to be paid.

It's clear that there are personal issues involved in this disagreement with the trustee.

Have you thought about trying to mend the differences with the trustee before your uncle dies, if he hasn't already, so that you resolve some of the isues which you apparently feel are to your disadvantage?

I certainly didn't find GardenArtists reply rude - just direct and to the point.
Perhaps you are a little sensitive due to having yet another alias blown. Why all the different names - just curious? I'm sorry if this is the case but didn't your uncle pass away a few weeks ago? Is your cousin acting in accordance to a will?

Maybe the trustee had to clean out the home before it changed to new owners. Maybe they had no room to store it anywhere else. Also couldve been too expensive to rent a storage locker. Lots of possibilities. Have you ever been an executor or trustee?
