How do I transfer family member from nursing home in Ohio to nursing home in Alabama?

I want to Transfer my brother from Nursing Home in Cleveland Ohio to a nursing home in Montgomery Alabama.

If she is on Medicaid, forget about it. Her Medicaid is run by Ohio and only good in Ohio. For Alabama, you start from square one and file a new application in Alabama. Also, nobody will subsidize the transportation of the patient, that is all at your expense.
