Today he went barefooted. Now his feet are swollen. Any advice?

Later in the evening, I noticed that his feet were swollen, his ankles also. I think that is an accummulation of water, not sure. I am going to call the nurse line on my insurance card.

If its just swelling, it is fluids. If they are swollen and red or sore, call the nurse.

He says the bottom of his feet feels tight, maybe numb.

Did he walk on hot blacktop? Could he have burned the feet? Soak them in cool Epsom salt water. Check for blisters.
