Any tips for managing bed sores?

My husband has three. He is being treated by Hospice with wound dressing changes 2X week and air mattress.

Turn him every 2 hours. Place a pillow between his knees while he's laying on his side. Keep his heels off the mattress by floating them on a pillow. Keep pillows or foam wedges propped up against his side so his entire backside isn't laying on the mattress and fluids. Fluids, fluids, fluids!
