Need more information. Was your Uncle born deaf, blind, and with below average intelligence and set of life skills? Or has the deafness and blindness been part of his age decline? Or had he had a serious head trauma?

He was born that way. WASN'T supposed to live past 3.Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on something we can do with him.That we don't already know. ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW IDEAS.HE HAS HEALTH CARE WORKERS AND THERAPISTS,AND NURSES
