I provide pastoral care for some who cannot speak understandably. How may I learn to "talk" with them?

Some have had strokes, while others have different debilitating conditions that make speaking impossible, difficult, or simply not understandable.

You hold their hands and you make eye contact. The one thing that NH patients seem to crave more than anything is the warm touch of another person.
