I have been taking care of my mom for 3 years now. Her dementia has gotten worse. She has accused me of stealing money. What are my rights?

She always finds it eeventually. She had an episode the other night. I was not home, but I was once again accused of stealing and she called the police this time. What are my Rights?

If your Mom is at this stage she probably shouldn't be alone. Accusing family of stealing is not unusual. If there is a diagnosis, maybe a letter from the doctor stating she has Dementia and can be delusional.
