Can I still practice archery?

I am a 52 year old man recently diagnosed. My T-scores were neck -3.3, lower spine -5.0, right hip -2.7.

I seriously doubt that you could draw the bow without significant pain. You will need to see an orthopedic surgeon for further consult.

I guess the only way to find out is to try, then seek more treatment.

We r a Caregiver group. We r not able to diagnose. Like posted, u need a doctor.
