How do I get cleaning help for my Dad?

My Dad is obviously having trouble cleaning his house, or not cleaning at all. It is dusty, dirty, and there's mouse traps everywhere!

Call a cleaning service, the Yellow Pages are full of them or ask for a recommendation from a friend.
