What sitting exercises can my mother do that has spinal stenosis?

She needs to increase her strengthen her upper and lower extremities and has a stimulator placed in her lower back, and she is on two different types of pain medication.

Ask her doctor to prescribe physical therapy. They will have safe exercises she can do and can come to the house.
